5.1. To place an Order, the Client completes the checkout form with accurate personal data and selects a payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).
5.2. A transaction is deemed complete when authorised by the payment processor. If authorisation fails, the Order is automatically cancelled.
5.3. The electronic Ticket is sent to the e-mail address supplied at purchase and stored in the user account. For online sessions, an access link (e.g., Zoom / Google Meet) is provided shortly before the event.
6. Delivery & Access
6.1. Tickets are delivered exclusively in digital form; no physical shipment is required.
6.2. Tasting kits or gift packs for online events, if offered, are shipped by courier or post. Expected costs and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private Event Services – in accordance with the individual contract.
7.2. Cancellations must be requested in writing at support@vino-co.co.il and include full name, ID number, and Order number.
7.3. Where cancellation is not due to event cancellation or defect, an administrative fee of 5 % of the Order value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) is deducted from the refund.
7.4. If an Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Company, the Client may choose either a replacement ticket for a new date or a full refund, processed within 14 days.

8.2. Promotions or promo codes may be offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
9. Right to Refuse Service
9.1. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel an Order, or to suspend User access, if:

the Client’s actions may harm the Company’s reputation or operations.
10. Private Event Organisation
10.1. A minimum advance payment and service dates are specified in each Private Event contract.
10.2. If the Client cancels fewer than 14 days before the event date, the advance is non-refundable, except for documented force-majeure circumstances.
10.3. Changes of guest numbers exceeding 10 % must be communicated no later than five (5) days before the event; otherwise, consumables and wine originally ordered will be deemed supplied.

All content on the site—including text, images, logos, and trademarks—is the property of the Company or used under licence and may not be copied, distributed, or otherwise used without prior written consent.
